I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. I had the same situation happen to me.. I was NOT a patient but needed an emergency extraction.. not only did they see me immediately but Diane at the front desk was/ is very pleasant, accommodating, and professional... all I can say about that is if you slam a phone down in someone's ear expect the same respect in return..Sue the dental hygienist has such a soft gentle touch, she is always pleasant, not to mention very good at her job and as for the Dr....he's just wonderful! Dr. Genco has fixed/repaired many of my spoty work done by lazy dentists that I saw in my past. he always comes up with a care plan. And works with you.. I don't have insurance and he's willing to only do the work I can afford at the time.. all in all, my husband and I love it here, and have never had a negative experience with any of the staff or their capabilities...

Im new to the area and i had an emergency toothe extraction. i called around to find a price on how much this would cost. I talked with the receptionist diane she proceeded to ask me questions and than ask for my social i said i dont feel comfortable giving my social over the phone. She immediatly snapped back at me saying that i cant tell you a price without sending it threw.i have never had a dentist office ask for my social over the phone ever so that gave me suspicion so i hung up on diane because im a cautios person and i couldnt get a visit with any other dentist so i called back and they told me if i came in now i could possibly be helped. All i wanted was a price so i knew how much i was going to pay. i show up she tosses the clipboard my way doesnt say a word to me. i filled the paperwork out and told her im the guy who called that doesnt have an appointment. She responded immediately with attiude saying i know who you are. The 2 dental assistants were very polite and made me feel welcomed. As for everybody else they made me feel like i was not wanted and i felt like all they wanted was my money and i got the feeling that they thought i wasnt going to pay which offended me i just wanted answers. When i went to leave Diane told me the price of my co pay i asked for the total price and again she gave me attiude. So i confronted her and said are you having a bad day because i feel your taking it out on me. she said excuse me with more attiude and said you hung up on me. I didnt know that a professional business would hold a grudge. I hung up because i felt like i was bieng scammed. worst dental office that ive ever been to thanks for fixing my teethe but i didnt have a choice and if anybody has a choice DO NOT come here.Everybody has a bad day but its unprofessional to act like that to a future customer/patient.
