Staff was friendly and fast! Food was absolutely delicious. Made to order and was spot on.. I had the club and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sandwich.

Steak was disgusting. Worst steak I've ever had. Hash browns and eggs were good. Cinnamon toast was great. As far as the service and atmosphere, our table was sticky with syrup, the waiter barely said anything, and the bench seat was slanted forward and very uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend.

My wife and I were in Alpena looking for a local non chain restaurant and came across this one and we are glad we did. We both ordered the pot roast special of the day and it was fantastic with very generous portions. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I'd give it 3.5 if I could. Service was nice. Our waitress was respectful and nice. Amazing toast. Great hash browns. No egg whites. Egg beaters weren't that good at all. Ham tasted like lunch meat and not fresh ham. Turkey sausage tasted questionable but still good. Good bacon. If visiting, go everywhere else first.

We found this restaurant by accident, but it will be on our permanent radar when we are in this area! Great home cooking! Pleasant and attentive wait staff!!! Our waitress, Annabelle, was on top her game! Fresh drinks, without asking, and a beautiful smile!!

There were eight of us in our group when we went in. We were waited on promptly. Our food was served in a timely manner. All food was exactly as ordered. I ordered breakfast and it was delicious. They have home made bread white or wheat as an option. The salad bar is always fresh.

The food was good as always. But the young man that was our server, well needs more training. My husband had coffee with his lunch, he never refilled his cup. Never even ask if he wanted more He took coffee twice to table by us and never even stopped to ask if he wanted more. When he brought food never ask if we needed anything else. We have ate there quite often. But will have second thoughts now.

We come here often for their Sunday breakfast buffet. It runs till 1:30 and costs $8.99. They have scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, french toast sticks and corned beef hash. Also has friend potatoes, fresh fruit , donuts and muffins. They will bring you home made bread toasted on request. Coffee is good and waitstaff has been friendly and attentive. Buffet is well stocked.

I can't believe what has just happened here!! The cook is in the kitchen screaming at my waitress because she said the chicken dinner was dark meat when I got my food it was white meat so I asked if I could get the dark meat chicken dinner I ordered and she went back to the cook and told him and for some reason he's having a fit!! Extremely unprofessional and very embarrassing. I tried to talk to a manager but I was told there was no manager available. I can't believe that everyone in the restaurant could hear the cook back there having a fit in the kitchen. I will say that the rest of our meals where good and our waitress was very nice.

The salad bar was good. Main dish was lacking flavor. We had the wet burrito and spaghetti. Service was passable. They need to look at what there doing. The food was better 4 years ago. It's not a good place to eat if you can't put spice on your food. A roch coach has better food.
