Geib & Company Chartered Professional Accountants

I have been trying to find an accounting firm with Geib & Company's holistic approach and comprehensive skill set for years! My taxes involve personal and corporate Canadian and American taxes. Nathan and his team took a holistic view of my situation. This was a first for me. I've used expensive big firms in the past that said they would do this, but ended up outsourcing my Canadian taxes to another Canadian firm and sending my US taxes to a branch office in New York without any idea of the big picture! In contrast, Geib made sure to do my Canadian corporate first to gather the necessary information for my US taxes and then did my Canadian and US together for optimal results. When I've gone to smaller firms, they ended up billing me for "research" to understand my situation and applicable rules! In contrast, Nathan Geib's cross-border CPA expertise means that he can quickly rattle off form numbers, treaties, and relevant requirements. It's incredibly refreshing to have this kind of expertise available! In addition, I received a lot of advice and pointers during my meetings with them to optimize future years. I can't say enough good things about the firm. If you have US tax obligations or want your whole life addressed with a holistic, comprehensive approach, Nathan Geib is your guy!

Geib and Co is absolutely amazing. Nathan is by far the best Accountant that I have ever used. He takes the time to understand your short and long term goals, and helps you structure a plan that will help you achieve that. His team is very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful at all times. I highly recommend them, and have had zero problems!

As an American working in Canada, Nathan has been indispensable in navigating the complex tax issues that can arise as an expat. Over the last 3 years he's helped us make sure our taxes were done right the first time, alleviating stress come tax season.
