Was in Fernie on holidays and came across Gear Hub having end of season on bikes. Ended up purchasing a Rocky Mountain from them. They were super helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and personable! Went back next day for a tech question and was treated with the same respect. Staff took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I have had less than stellar service at other bike stores in the past. This shop was top-notch!
These guys at gear hub bikes in Fernie have exceptional and over above customer service. I purchased a bike the process was absolutely easy and flawless. They are an honest group of folks that run this business. There is no pressure or Lollygagging around. Nothing worse than a business telling you what you wanna hear. They act with professionalism and have a high level of integrity. They are also able to give you answers too any questions you may have immediately.They know their inventory , and can instantly give you an answer to any stock related questions.
