I made a Facebook post over two months ago on my PRIVATE, not public page asking my friends if they had ever experienced no call backs when they were promised from the Panora clinic. I had only been here to see the nurse practitioner twice at that point. I was scheduled for an appointment yesterday, my third time in the clinic, then at the end of the appointment she terminated me as a patient because of the post that I made over two months ago saying she can’t ethically treat me because it bothered her. A complete waste of time when she had zero intentions of treating me further anyway. So a staff member that works there, that I WAS friends with on Facebook, showed her that I had complained about her office not calling me back, showed Sarah, and Sarah decided to terminate me as a patient instead of addressing the problem of no call backs with her staff. Very unprofessional and immature. Also petty small town catty behavior. Then she proceeded to make false accusations about my character in my medical record. Since she didn’t like that I complained about the poor customer service of this office on my private Facebook page, I figured I’d go ahead and make it public for everyone to see how this office really is. Especially how Sarah decided to handle it. I do not recommend coming here. All of the other GCH clinic staff at the other locations are wonderful. This one, not so much.

Wish all doctors offices were like this. Easy in and out with amazing service and care. 5 stars will not be enough for the service given thanks is not enough for the service given. Highly recommended.
