From the moment we walked through the doors we loved our experience at Poêles et Foyers Futuristes Inc. Michel was extremely helpful and courtesy. He took the time to explain all the models and features. We recently had it installed and could not be happier. We purchased the Valor G4, absolutely beautiful.
Excellent company. Very friendly. Very clean and on time to install the propane fireplace. They speak both official languages. Billing was very easy.
We had been served by another company but when we ran out of propane on Christmas Eve and the other company could not deliver for 2 days, we called Charbonneau and they provided exceptional service and filled our tank. I can't say enough about how good their service is.
I've been with Charbonneau for several years now...this year, during the power outage in Hudson, on 1 hours notice, Charbonneau came out to fill my tank so my generator could keep running....ON CHRISTMAS EVE!. Well done, can recommend them enough.
Absolutely poor service and attitude. Found out its kids who owns the company, no respect for customers as its their generation way to make business. I asked them to give me an estimate on a chimney repair, never followed up and my 10 days was up for my insurance. Told them to come and pick up their tank and refused but filled it up anyway, now threaten me to pay for something i didn't want for the past year. Very close to extortion.
This company must be taking a happy pill each morning. Every time I speak with someone, they are more than kind and their smile is seen through the phone. Great customer service which is lacking so much these days!! Thanks for the continued great service!
Called for an emergency delivery after Ultramar did not deliver on time and were rude and unhelpful when we followed up. Delivery was made within 24 hours! They under promised and over delivered. A few cents more a litre, but I'd rather give my business to a family run company that has awesome customer service and genuinely cares!!!
Again I have been charged additional services without prior notification. Not acceptable.
