I ordered the paneer handi, but unfortunately, it was extremely salty. I called the restaurant to inform them about the issue with the food quality, but the woman who answered the phone was quite rude. She accused me of trying to scam them over an $18 dish, which was very disappointing. I've never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service at a restaurant before. I would expect them to have someone with proper communication skills handling customer calls. I've been a loyal customer for the past year and a half and even mentioned that during the call, but it seemed to make no difference. I'm genuinely disappointed by how the situation was handled.
Extremely disappointed with this restaraunt. I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala for takeout, but while eating, I found a piece of chicken in it. As someone who is a pure vegetarian, this was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but they showed no apology or concern. Instead, they tried to ignore the issue and brushed it off casually. This kind of carelessness and attitude is shocking, especially when it comes to food preferences and beliefs.nnThe first thing I’m doing tomorrow morning is filing a complaint with Food Safe. This is not just a mistake—it's a serious breach of trust, and it needs to be addressed.
We ordered Tawa Paneer and it’s our usual order but this time it was way too salty even to eat with naan or rice. I called to let them know and requested a replacement but instead or listening politely, the lady started questioning about the amount of paneer left and how much we have eaten. Then denied the request as I told her that we obviously did eat some for now as we already were waiting for 40 minutes and were hungry. We were regular customers here, but probably won’t return as of now. The girls working there are quite professional and agreed for replacement earlier as they even told me the reason the food might have been more salty change of chef but later some lady probably the manager or owner called and denied after her questions and stating the so called restaurant policies.
Absolutely loved the food at Gateway Pizza! The fusion of Indian and Italian flavors is something truly special. The Tandoori Chicken Pizza was packed with bold, smoky spices, and the crust was perfectly crisp. The Butter Chicken Pizza is a must-try—rich, creamy, and loaded with flavor without being too heavy. Even the vegetarian options like the Paneer Tikka Pizza were top-notch. You can really taste the freshness in the ingredients. Easily one of the best places in Surrey for Indian-style pizza. Highly recommend if you’re craving something different and delicious!
I wish i could give 0 star as they selling stale food to customers when we call them and told right away after taking that nanns are so cold the funny thing is they just mirco and return back to us nd after micro nann turn so hard and crispy when i call them back after we came home owner said u can go to hospital lol this is how they value there customers..
