I so wish Google ofer minus star reviews because I would give this company a - 5 stars review. It's been 4 weeks since my precious baby boy passed the Rainbow Bridge on Christmas day and we are 4 weeks later and I still don't have him where he belongs, here with me. 4 WEEKS latter and this inhumane, horrible, horrible, horrible company give me all kind of excuses for not returning my baby. It's absolutely incredible, unacceptable that 4 weeks have past and they still didn't return my baby to me. When the time comes for your baby's make sure you don't have anything to do with this company. Shame on you gateway lakeview, shame on you. Today they promised me that I will have him by tomorrow. Let's hope.
