Friendly staff. Nice place to go for a bit of entertainment if you enjoy playing the slots.
My wife and I go here on a regular basis as we live near Woodstock. We have both lost and won money on different occasions but as long as you realize that in the long run the Casino always wins you can have fun. The staff behind the cash out are usually friendly but some of the managers at night can be quite rude when requesting service. If you put a lot of money in a machine for instance and it breaks down for any reason the managers at night can never seem to get it fixed and just tell you they'll have to get a tech in the morning to look at it. This has happened to us several times and no apology, just basically said we were out of luck go to another machine. The kitchen has some good food but never enough help and very seldom does anyone come around to take drink orders, I mean like never! One thing we have noticed about this place however is that there is quite a revolving door when it comes to staff and it is no wonder because they all appear unhappy, especially the managers. The machines are way tighter now but if you complain they will say they pay off more than ever, of course with no proof. In Vegas the payout percentage is posted on top of the machines , but you will never see this in Ontario. Ed
Friendly staff clean environment. But if you’re going there to win money you’re not going to. In the hour that I was there, I heard one machine ring a winner and I don’t even think it was for much. This was by far the worst casino out of all I’ve been to in Ontario. They have the machines rigged so far and few between winning that they don’t even keep you wanting to play, it was easy to walk away from there. I knew I wasn’t going to win and I’m happy I left when I did.
Love this place, friendly and good staff. Remember to know your limit and play within it lol . Have fun everyone.
Small and cozy with a decent selection of games. Unfortunately missing my favorites but I enjoyed trying out some new games. Everyone was very friendly and helpful inside and lots of parking available.
Small slots gaming floor. There isn’t a full restaurant but you can purchase food cafeteria style like burgers and fish and chips. You can use players’ club points to do so.
I really like the way it is I like the coziness of it I like the way you can play the games and no one bothers you I had a great time there and it was very friendly and clean
I think it's a bit small. But I also think staff is great. It's still fun. Be even better if I won big.
Actually came out ahead this time They need grilled chicken. Club sandwiches don't taste as good with crispy chicken in my opinion
Great atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. Food was expensive but delicious!
