MY HUSBAND NEARLY DIED FROM THEY'RE SCREW-UP! My husband got his car fixed from this shop and it cost over $800.00. Whoever the mechanic, or employee who did this did not even bolt in the front frame of the car. After a few weeks they became loose and the entire front frame fell out of the car, and lost complete control of the steering. It was a miracle he had just been pulling out of the Morrisburg OnRoute gas station when this happened as he had been driving back from Brockville. They took days to fix it, Gary did fix it for free, however his secretary was rude and tried saying we had to pay for it. They messed up again, again we brought it back for a further steering problem, it cost several hundred dollars for tow trucks and cabs to get there and back which they never offered to pay for, and didn't as much as give us an apology. If the frame came out a minute prior because they forgot to torque the bolts in my husband would have been dead. We could have sued and easily won, but let it go because he fixed it, despite no apology for my husband nearly dying, when our children could have been in the car also! They never told us who screwed up, but if the person that did this is still working there I would be highly concerned if you had your car repaired their. Gary seemed decent, but he almost cost someone their life and needs to make sure his staff do the job properly. Also garbage and duck tape was left in my car after all this zero respect, they are lucky they were not sued. (Google removed original post, so apparently Google removes any negative posts for it's customers, I will continue posting this and report google to the media if it continues to remove negative posts to benefit it's customers that are fully truthful). UPDATE: AS OF JANUARY 29TH, 2018: Gary agreed to pay for the GM dealership to fix the airbag problems after the newest problem. So I want to let everyone know Gary at least had the decency to pay for the problem he made. Which shows he at least paid for the mistakes his mechanic made, rather than cause me further problems.

Our car broke down while on a road trip with 2 babies in the car. We were lucky to find Mr. Gary who dropped his lunch to fix our car so we can be safely on our way! The lady at the front desk was also very accommodating. A few nice people still do exist in this world... A warm thank you from the entire family!

Had my vehicle checked for entrance into Ontario. Great service and easy to talk to.
