Horrible! I have done my taxes myself for several years and decided to go to a "professional" because we had a lot of changes last year. He took our stuff and basically told us to leave. We both felt uncomfortable. He said he didn't need last years taxes, which he should have! Then, I went to pick up taxes and they were significantly lower than expected. We called immediately and said we needed to come talk to him and didn't get a call back. Called the next day. No response. Told him not to cash our check, in second message, and logged into our account today and he cashed it! I filed our taxes myself and got 3000 dollars MORE back! I redid them, to double check, and came up with the same figure! I ran the numbers different ways and came up with more every way possible. Do not have this man do your accounting! Taxes are not that hard!

Dont ever, ever, ever use this man to prepare your taxes. He "forgot" about our taxes and had to file an extension. Then made errors on them, including our address!! Then wouldnt fix them because he was "pissed off". Oh and its not in his business practice to call if there is a problem. Not professional at all!!
