We first met Gary Davies about twelve years ago when we purchased our home in Chilliwack. Gary's knowledge and expertise for the Fraser Valley Real Estate is second to none. We have used Gary a few times and recommended him to both family and friends. Gary once asked if he switched Real Estate Offices would it be detrimental to his career. I assured him in this case his existing clients would remain loyal to him. Today we are proud to say Gary has also become a very good friend.
My wife and I purchased a home out here in Chilliwack, BC back in October 2022. We dealt with Gary and his team Brian in our purchase. Both Gary and Brian were fantastic in last minute showings and even picking us up to take us to the showings. As we were from out of Province, there were a number of phone calls etc needed to accomplish this sale and again, both Gary and Brian kept in contact with us throughout the transaction. We really appreciated there hard work and diligence in bringing this all together for us. We would highly recommend Gary and Brian as they made a normally stressful event like the purchase of a home a real pleasure and stress free.
I’ve known Gary for quite a few years now I originally sold my home through him in 2009. Since then I have bought and sold a few times with Gary. He always came through for me very knowledgeable about the markets and very personable. To this day he still reaches out to me send my Xmas cards and we still go for coffee on occasion a real honest good person if I was selling today there would be no question who would be selling my house Thanks for everything Gary
