Totally disappointed with my purchase. The picture on the website was totally different from what I actually got. I ordered Beautiful in blue and when I got the flowers there was not even one blue flower in it. The vase was supposed to be blue but what I got was a clear vase. A totall mess

Horrible experience with this flower shop. The flowers were not delivered on the day that they were supposed to be delivered. It was my friends birthday and I wanted to surprise her but I wasnt able to thanks to this place and its great customer service. The flowers were finally delivered 2 days later and what my friend got was totally different and I mean totally different from what I ordered from the website for her. Totally dissapointed and would not recommend this place to anybody. Waste of time and money.

My sister and I had a great time here, they recommended a house plant for me, they potted it and told me how to take care of it. They were friendly, helpful and engaging. My sister and I talked about how great this store was the whole way home. Just stellar.

I called Garlands Florist on Saturday to deliver flowers to my wife in Vancouver on her birthday on Monday.   Lorraine got all the information she needed and told me that the flowers will be delivered by 7:30 AM on Monday, 12 June.   The flowers were delivered exactly at the time promised.   I live in Toronto.   I really appreciate the initiative Lorraine took to deliver the flowers at 7:30 AM even though their normal delivery starts at 10:00 AM.   Thank you very much Lorraine.
