Rather small because of the construction. The lines take up the waiting space when full. But still decent.nnPresse cafe is nice. The bathrooms have some problems- the soap dispensers don't work.
We went to catch our bus to Ottawa at the Gare d'autocars de Montréal Montreal Bus Terminal, a major transportation hub in Montreal, Quebec. The terminal serves as a departure and arrival point for regional, national and transborder coach services. Amenities within the station include ticket counters for various bus lines, food options, public washrooms, luggage storage and parcel shipping services. This terminal is modern and clean. The staff was friendly and our bus departed on time. We had a nice, relaxing bus ride to Ottawa.
Two places to snack at the station: ILOT pizza and PRESS CAFE sandwiches. There's also a convenience store near the washroom, a barbershop across the ticket booth, and a couple of vending machines around.
Accessibility is good, arrived by uber and was dropped off right up in front. Headed straight pulling my luggage’s through the entrance as it’s a flat terrain perfect for people with luggage’s, strollers or wheelchairs. Ticket counter is on the right. Currency conversion exchange is on the left. There are tv screens for each gate indicating destination and stops on the way. There are some chairs for waiting, not super spacious though when queues get long it can get cramped. Good lighting and clean. Food and beverage options are there like a cafe, convenience store and vending machine. Nice bus station with a currency exchange, convenience store, some cafes and restaurants and taxis lined up out front.
I've been to alot of Bus Terminals in my travels most of them are not very well maintained and are very dirty but this one was pristine and looked actually presentable an amazingly beautiful Terminal
