These guys are terrible builders, i've seen enough as I was awarded the Job in the beginning, quote approved, shown to owner. Then upon beginning the job, they ask me to remove my deposit and lower my price. They are also 4 months behind at this point. I believe these guys showed my quote to the owner and then used a cheaper concrete crew to make extra money. The work ive seen there is some of the worst structural work in concrete and ive been around for 25 years in this business. Do not do work for this company or hire them. Pure scammers.
Don’t go with a pre-sale with this company. Once they take your money, your word won’t mean anything to them. They leave you with loads of unfinished work and won’t respond to your queries/complaints. I was left with a bitter experience. I was a first time home buyer. Please do your research first. This company has bad reputation.
