This is a great mom & pop computing store that started off the personal computing business back in the 90's. While you may pay a little more here you do have a person to interact with and they do care about your business. The selection in store is small - however customizing is easy if you do not need the computer on the spot. The person I dealt with was helpful and very knowledgeable. "A" i will go again for my next computer.

I bought my current computer from Garden Isle about three years ago. I paid a little more than I would have from Future Shop, but it was well worth it for the excellent service I have received since. Any time my previous computer went in to Future Shop I was always told it would be 2 weeks before anyone could look at it. Garden Isle has always been fast and efficient at any repairs I have required. I will buy my next computer there.

service great but not a place to buy a computer... I realised after the fact that I paid about 50% more than the highest price elsewhere. not sure if it was a pricing error or not, but I should have done my homework.

Connie, Quite surprised when we read your post regarding what you thought was overpayment for a computer. Your computer was only $419.
