Got an email saying my package was ready for pick up at the post office. Came by 30 minutes later and was given nothing but attitude. First the lady at the desk said the last customer was a “dick” and then said my package was there but they have not made “cards” for it. I was told to come back later and it might be done. The staff is so lazy and rude I couldn’t believe how they treat customers.
Called to see if my package was in as it has been the 5 business days they required and was met with nothing but attitude. I get you may have a lot on your hands up here, but you shouldnt default to sounding so unprofessional over a simple phonecall.
