At Garden City Floral & Gifts, our floral designers have a combined 60 years of experience. Every order that is designed and delivered by us is looked upon as a commitment. We deliver the freshest flowers, designed with flair, while providing you with the highest level of customer service possible. Try as we may all flowers available that you see in the bouquets at all times, sometimes it is necessary for us to make suitable substitutions. If you are in need of a particular flower or bouquet it is recommended that you call and talk to us in person. We are happy to help! If you are in need of a larger arrangement, such as a funeral spray, please give us a couple days notice to make sure we have the product on hand.

I recently called to order two bouquets for friends who helped me with a big move. Both live outside of Missoula, but Garden City was happy to deliver to both. The young woman I spoke with was efficient and extremely helpful- I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and she was patient and knowledgeable. My friends LOVED the flowers! I was especially pleased because one of the friends wasn't home to receive hers, but the driver thoughtfully arranged to leave them with another person so that she could still get them that day when she got home from work. I think it's great that they take the extra time to find a way to make sure the recipient gets their flowers the day they are freshest, and I can't imagine complaining about bringing my neighbor such a lovely surprise! I wish all delivery services would do the same. :)

Their delivery driver just rang my doorbell. How exciting, flowers for me? Nope! They asked if I could bring them over to my next door neighbor when I see them because they aren't home. I will because I like my neighbors, but this is just laziness on the delivery drivers part. I guess when I pay for floral delivery, I expect that the company would actually deliver it to the intended recipent instead of their neighbor who may be nice and deal with the inconvenience of delivering it, or might just keep them for themselves. If you want flowers actually delivered to the right person, go somewhere else as Garden City Floral obviously can't be bothered to ensure it is done right. I will note that the flowers do look nice, so I will give them a star for that.
