The worst chocolate chip cookie I have ever had. It was so bland and dry and awful. I bought their bagels as well and they were also very dry and stale tasting. I prefer to try and support local, but I would probably opt to get my bakery items at the IGA next door. Hope their quality improves in the future.

Jelly donuts only had about a 1/4 teaspoon of jelly. Better donuts at other places.

We bought pandesal bread 10 days before expiry date but the bread is already old and texture was so bad, so disappointing.

Good selection. Tastes good

New owners. Quality is not the same. Old owners made it with love. New owners make it for profit. You can taste the diffrence. My favorite pastry is now bland and flavorless. I give them a year before they close

Alot of the products available with original owner are no longer available. While the bread is good, all have a similar pandesal sweet taste. Challah and pandesal while both sweet are not the same..

Foodsafe! Staff are wearing gloves when they handle the bread and baked goods but they also use the same gloves to take cash payments. What is the point of wearing gloves when you are touching everything else like money etc? Will never go back.

Have you ever had their doughnuts? Wow! Prepared to be blown away because they’re incredible. Another parent had brought them to a party once and now I go to Richmond especially for them around Hanukkah. Never had anything else like ‘em!

I believe under new ownership, the quality has become more better.
