This has to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Reception is rude, negative and un professional. I got insulted for driving a Tesla upon arrival. I received attitude for asking simple basic questions and all around felt very irritated/annoyed with after each interactions. I do not recommend this place and frankly am surprised that this garage is still in business.
The woman at the front counter was very rude and unprofessional. When I went to pick up my car, which I had paid CAA to tow there, she refused to release it until I paid her for a towing service that was never provided.
I want to thank that garage, very good ppl, I recommend , am happy
I've been waiting two days for a simple quote, doesn't seem like they have any capacity.
