Garage Fredmir

I’m going to report this “business” to the higher ups at the better business bureau. I Have been a customer for years and bought brand new tires from them and had to come back because there were three missing valves a week later I come for an oil change they changed the oil but never replaced it so I had to go and purchase the oil out my pockets. After they fix that now my check engine is on and also my tire sign is on, keep in mind I bought four brand new tires from them. I go there to have them check it and fix their mistake and the Father tells he don’t have time and to move my car. Please never come here

I have been going to the dealer for years and was hesitant to go to an independent garage because of a previous bad experience. My experience at the Fredmir Garage was great. Extremely polite and professional. The verification and resolving the problem was quick and accurate. I felt well taken care of. Moreover, I felt comfortable that I was dealing with good conscientious, respectable people. Without hesitation, I can say; I will be going back for any work that my vehicle may require. I was in a pickle and needed one of my bearings replaced on very short notice. Garage Fredmir was incredibly accommodating and took in my car and got the job done in great time and for a very reasonable price. Worst customer service over the phone! I would not recommend and stay away from these impatient people.

I have been going to this mechanic for as long as i can remember. Service has been great and my car is always repaired but most importantly they have been ho est with me since day 1.
