Dr. Chisdack is simply great at what he does. My wife has had two teeth pulled by him and has felt just fine almost immediately, within 24 hours. I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and there was literally nothing to it. Go to sleep, wake up and it's done, with a good local anesthetic I felt no pain after the procedure. I'm sure it's going to come, but I couldn't imagine this type of procedure going any better.
