Great Doctor, ! has been my family Doctor sense I've been a child , I'm now 24

When I called to ask if I was still a patient after being away for 5 years, I was rudely cut off by the receptionist and was provided with an answer to a question I had not even asked, as I was not even provided the opportunity to talk about my reason for calling. I told her that this didn’t have anything to do with my question and then proceeded to discuss why I called. I was cut off again and told that I was no longer a patient and that Dr. Gallant was not accepting new patients. She then hung up on me without even checking with me if I had any further questions or saying goodbye. I get they are a busy office, however maybe Dr. Gallant should be hiring someone who, instead of lacking any sort of professionalism, knows how to speak with the general public. Sorry Dr. Gallant, your wife does not make a good member of the team, especially if you’re putting her in a position of being the first point of contact with patients.
