My one true love in Calgary. I love everything about this place, the family who run it are always so warm, welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always spotless, the song collection flawlessa huge library of international and K-Pop artists and the food and beverage menu stellar. This is a must if you live in or are visiting Calgary, you will not be disappointed. Amazing price too!
Very fun experience! Have to try this if you like karaoke but hate waiting an hour in rotation Place is a little dingey but enough drinks cures that. Super attentive service & good selection of songs!
Honestly, Karaoke is super fun. But i can't base my stars on that considering I can sing in a room with my friends anywhere. The staff sucked. When we got in , the guy asked us if we planned on staying until 2 am as its charged hourly. I looked at my friends to see what time they were thinking and i went "ummm" and the guy said " just tell me now" in a rude, rushed manner. No one was waiting behind us, i needed like 3 seconds to figure it out. Then they check our bags, that's fine clubs do this as well. They ask my friend if the bottle in her purse was actually hand sanitizer. The small bottle that clearly stated "PURELL" on it. What else could it be? and realistically, if it was a whole 4 oz of vodka she was trying to sneak in, would she admit it? would you take it away from her just in case it wasn't sanitizer in a pandemic? come on.Some other staff were just miserable to talk with, not even worth mentioning the conversation as it was irrelevant. The place itself is fun, but so is every other Karaoke Bar in Calgary.
Got a last minute reservation for my birthday, our private room was perfect for our group! The service is prompt, good selection of songs new and old and the lights in the rooms are great! Can’t wait to go back.
Very terrible,no customer service. As if its not enough that the music tab is old and difficult to press, there is no afrobeats song selection. IF YOU'RE AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN OR YOU ENJOY THAT KIND OF MUSIC THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Note that you will be charged for the hours booked even when you spend just 30mins.
Guys, don’t think if your customers are drunk a bit they can’t understand what they ordered. After ordering the dish the owner tried to convinced me that the right ingredient was there even though it wasn’t . Omg shocked… hope will not see you again
Had an awesome time w my friends, and it was super easy to book everything.
Good service but holy is it more expensive than any other karaoke bar in town. They make you pay additional room charge and more per person if you have over 5 people. Don't matter if you buy lots of drinks room charge is added all other bars do not charge this if you get enough drinks. Drinks are very weak and double the price of other karaoke bars. There's no AC and just a Walmart fan in the room. Would not recommend for private room or specialty drinks. However the main area might be different as it seemed busy.
We had brought in drinks at the karaoke bar and we understood the consequences of our actions which means paying additionally however, how it was handled is very unprofesssional. The lady, just came to the room and started to try and explain the rules however it was loud and it was hard to hear. This then brought concern to everyone, which was not necessary. She walked in and didn’t close the door. We were treated poorly after that, we’re all adults which means we can understand and compensate for the wrongdoings. However, having it handled like that is very unprofessional. I do the solution was a quick fix and that means paying the extra drinks but the way it was handled is very unprofessional.
