This is a great "budget" theatre. It's not as nice and fancy as the VIP theatre but it usually has all the great little flicks that we want to see which we can't find anywhere else around Kitchener. So it's worth the drive to Guelph. The seats are pretty narrow but they are comfy and they do recline back which is a nice touch. Staff is friendly and we have always been satisfied with our visits. What I think could make this theatre a lot better (and probably get a 5* out of me) is the chairs. If they can be more spacious and comfy like in the VIP theatre (not in the VIP section, the normal section) it would really push this theatre above the rest.

The overall experience is nothing out of the normal. The movie showing catalogue is on par with the mainstream media, facilitating the movie showing needs of most people. They keep the premises relatively well kept. There will always be an unavoidable popcorn spill here and there, but that's to be expected with large movie theatres. The ticket prices are more or less acceptable, however, the prices of snacks and beverages at the concession stand is outrageous. Be well prepared to turn out your wallet for a popcorn and drink.

GREAT. The staff is very helpful. I lost my debit card, came back later that week before they were open. Who I'm guessing is the manager helped my search the theatre. We didn't find it but I couldn't be more happy that they put in the effort. 10/10 would recomend

The staff are knowledgeable and help you get a better deal at concession based off what you want. The AVX is a lot of fun. I’ve seen a few movies here, the theatre and entrance is always clean and tidy, with nice staff.

There is great service here and the theaters are always super clean. The D-Day box seats are so much fun
