One star because I was astounded with the cost of a snack pack! 2 popcorn 2 medium drinks and 1 bag of candy for $32.00! AND!! for one dollar more, how about some butter!!! I don't know about anyone else, but I think that is gouging! It is pretty bad when the cost of snacks cost more than the movie tickets! Research was done and there is an explanation as to why there is a huge markup on the concessions. That being said, it is still not right to pass it along to the consumer. That is not our problem! The staff seemed totally oblivious to the cost of stuff! Going forward, we will be going to the Cottonwood!

It's always nice to go see a movie at the theater. For most of us in Canada, we have pretty good, clean theatres. But I have been to some shady theatres that have a funky smell, and carpets that squish when you walk. Galaxy Cinemas is NOT like that at all. Very clean, spacious, great seating and all views are good! Seats recline, each have cupholders (which also lift up and out of the way). Leg room is great. Sounds system great, maybe even a little too loud for some. Staff is always courteous. Definitely will go again, and again.

It's what I would expect from a large chain theater. Average service, average cleanliness, average everything. Averagely overpriced snacks too. It would be nice to see more value in going to the movies, or some other shining star to make it worthwhile. We don't go to the theater much, mostly due to low grade movies and overpriced everything... Frankly it's better to throw on a movie at home.

This cinemas was extremely nice. Staff was wonderful. The place was clean. We just had a great time there.

Comfortable seats, staff is always friendly and I go here with my family about once a month. Always pleasant.
