We held our daughter 9 birthday party here at her request and they did not disappoint! Ana was a great party host. We never had to run around looking for her. She was kind, courteous and very helpful! Absolutely a great place to host a birthday party, everything clean and organized. Super happy with the entire experience!
The seats are great and the service is always wonderful. Honestly, of all the Cineplex run theaters I've been to, it feels like the most relaxed cinematic experience. The only theater seats that are better are the electric recliners installed at other IMAX venues, but these are very comfortable no matter the duration of the film.
Went in the other day and was greeted by a lovely girl named Cristina! She was so helpful and very fast at getting my order ready. I always appreciate the amazing staff like her at Cineplex :
It's so dang expensive. I had 6 free movies and the popcorn deals cost me $90. And there was barely any employees there. I think 2 tills open and the lineups were large. I was late for my movie.
Mediocrity at a small towns finest offer. Great for lower standard viewing. Seating is low quality. Management abdicating etiquette reinforcement for degenerate viewers keen on creating noisy attention seeking. Guy who obnoxiously cracks his knuckles throughout the playtime, I'm looking at you. They'll be broken, next time.
Closed early and would not let us in even though we had bought ticket in advance and there is no refund. Was extremely excited to see Dont worry Darling. Staff saw us but would not let us in …..
40 years of going to the movies and never had an issue. Looks like management changed to a cheap, generic popcorn bag which leaked or transferred the butter through the bag onto my jeans and my little guys track suit. Warning anyone that wears something decent to the theatre to watch out for this issue as butter set in your clothing is not fun to get out. The old wax popcorn bags didn't have this problem. Ruined my night out with the grandkids.
I go to this location several times a year and have always been happy with the experience. Lately, my wife and I have been going more often and today I felt compelled to write a review because of a notable difference from past trips. The staff were more friendly and helpful than ever before. They've always been great but this was on another level. Every employee greeted us on our way in, even if we were just walking past them. The same on the way out, "Have a great day" from every staff member we even remotely got close to. Way to go! That's great customer service. A small friendly gesture goes a long way. Keep up the great work!
I liked this theater alot. Seats were comfy and place was clean
Assigned seating clumped the people watching Elvis, mostly seniors, into a small section of the theater. It was impossible to social distance in this configuration and patrons were forced to climb over each other to get in or out of their row. In the meantime the rest of the theater remained completely empty. There is no apparent reason for this as contact information was not taken to trace people for potentialcovid exposure. Presumably it was to facilitate cleaning between shows. Not good enough, Cineplex.
