Dr. Gwizdala is exceptional and irreplaceable! Although I have not been her patient very long she has been one of the best and will be sadly missed. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, understanding and empathetic, direct and respectful, personable and kind, etc!! I am most grateful and hope she enjoys retirement!

Dr. Gwizdala is immensely personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I have been her patient for many years, and she has always thoroughly discussed with me my individual health profile and concerns. Also she has a great sense of humor!

Front staff are always kind,respectful and extremely helpful and Dr Gwizdala is the absolute best doctor!!! She is so kind and caring and goes above and beyond to help her patients!!! Her sidekick Holly is also so kind and sweet!! I am so blessed to have this in my life!

From start to finish my visit was superb. The Thirlby Clinic staff appears to be a well-oiled machine. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. There were no lengthy waits. I've long appreciated D. Gwizdala's knowledge, expertise, compassion and sense of humor. I'm grateful Dr. Gwizdala is my primary care physician.

We have been patients of Dr. Gail Gwizdala since our retirement to Traverse City in 2008. We have always found her to be knowledgeable, honest and direct. We especially like the team that she has formed at Thirlby Clinic, knowing that if she's not available that someone will make sure our needs are handled and our questions answered.

There was no wait time at all for my yearly physical appointment. The front office staff at both check-in and check-out were very friendly and efficient. The nurse that spoke with me and checked my vitals was also very friendly. Dr. Gwizdala was engaging, attentive and thorough as usual. The staff at THIRLBY clinic are organized and kind people, treating their patients with kindness and respect.

Dr. Gwizdala, is a brilliant doctor. She takes her time, listens to my concerns, and answers all of my questions. She’s very thorough. I completely trust her. She’s the very best.

Dr. Gwizdala was helpful with advice regarding my medical conditions. She is always prompt in answering my medical questions. There is limited time during my yearly wellness check so some my questions will have to be addressed later.

Dr. Gwizdala, MD is not my primary care physician but I saw here because my primary care is not available for face to face visits right now. Dr. Gwizdala, MD has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. I enjoyed her wit and the time she took with me to make sure I was taken care of and all my questions were answered.
