Really good hot foods- like their vegan poutine, a bit pricey but good for a once in a while treat. I would not recommend the to-go refrigerated things like their salad as it does not taste very good. Staff are very nice though and good to see more vegan/vegetarian options in PEI.
We stopped for lunch in this vegetarian restaurant in Charlottetown and the food was great! The location is very good, right in the middle of the town. Most of the menu is vegan or can be made vegan/plant-based. We shared a vegan pizza and poutine it was delicious! They even give us a rice rolls, first time for us, it was also very good. This place opened not so long ago and it’s worth a try even if you are not vegan. There’s so many things and the menu, wish we could taste it all, can’t wait to come back one day! thanks again! Had a nice meal with my family this evening! The pulled mushroom burger was delicious and the chocolate chip cookie was my fave dessert!
What a treat! I was in Charlottetown for less than 24 hours and ended up eating here twice in that span. I had arrived late and needed some comfort food on the first go so I asked for the chef's recommendation. He did not disappoint with the pulled mushroom burger. This was one of the best burgers I've had. Made with shredded king oyster mushrooms and lots of savory sauce on a fluffy bun, this hit the spot. As I was leaving the next day, I opted to grab a quick bite before heading on the road so I was looking for something a little lighter and went with the Mexican bowl. This bowl was filled to the brim with flavour. I can't state this enough: this is a can't miss spot when in Charlottetown. I had a chat with the folks there and they have been open for less than a year they opened during a pandemic and have been doing well since. They work hard and have been getting their products locally so they are super fresh and tasty. They make almost everything in house except for the vegan cheese without resorting to frozen or prepackaged food which you can tell as soon as you take your first bite. Do yourself a favour and go enjoy some great food.

While on an east coast cruise we stopped in Charlottetown & I was craving something sweet. We discovered Gaia’s by chance and we’re so pleased. Located on Queen Street the place is really bright & light with a dessert counter in front of the kitchen. We opted for their chocolate cake & a chocolate chip cookie & it was delicious. The perfect vegan snack.
Great food the first time we came but this time my girlfriend was very disappointed in what she got. The “flaming veggie sandwich” was overpriced and not very flavourful. Seemed weird to put sautéed veggies on a bun too when it was supposed to be a sandwich. Kinda fell apart too. The burger was amazing though! Also I think you guys should turn into a fully vegan restaurant, be the first on the province! Your vegan cheese is delicious, no need to serve the unethical stuff :

Amazing food!! So many choices in all types of foods from salads, appetizers, dips, wraps, sandwiches, hot bowls, flatbread and pizzas, pasta/noodles, desserts, smoothies, hot drinks, cold drinks. They have it all! Highly recommend trying it out! It will not disappoint Vegetarian options: All Vegetarian and vegan!
Super impressed, food was delicious and the atmosphere inside is relaxed. I had a really pleasant meal. Don’t let the non-meat thing stop you from eating here. It’s worth it.
