Great store. The people working there are very knowledgeable and they have a great selection of herbs and tinctures.
This is my most favourite place in Vancouver. I was quite sick a few years back and their liver tinctures and teas really got me back on track. They ethically source our their essential oils and offer them at a fair price. It's a wonderful store and I wish I still lived near them.

Absolutely wonderful store, I come here regularly and always has everything I need, the sales assistants were very knowledgeable and kind and helpful.
The owner of the store is very knowledgeable and experienced, and she's always answered my questions well and given me good suggestions. They have a nice collection of essential oils, diffusers, and accessories such as bottles and rollers.
customer service is below par. they abby, erik and susan operate with their pockets and dollar spend in mind over positive customer experience when placing orders. not what you typically experience with other vendors. very unfortunate.
They know their stuff here. I buy a lip balm which prevents any cold sores from ever getting to be more than a tiny bump on my lip. Usually prevents even that. Highly effective. And the UTI tincture cured a really bad UTI within one day. I went back to the doctor after and she was amazed. She had me tested again and the infection was completely gone. I didn’t take any antibiotics.
