Very impressed with the facilities at this location. Perfect selection of goods for all your hunting and fishing needs plus the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't praise their gun range enough - lots of lanes / selections for rental, superb cleanliness and air ventilation. Just perfect .
Unbelievable incompetence! On May 21, 2023, my boyfriend hands over $847.5 in cash to join their membership, and what does he get? A lousy application form passed off as a receipt! We return, expecting to enjoy the benefits of his membership, but there's no record of his registration. And instead of fixing their mistake, the store manager has the audacity to accuse us of foul play! Three visits later, and still no resolution! We paid over 800 dollars and got nothing but grief. This is hands down the worst customer service ever! We forked over 800 dollars and all we got was a headache! And on top of that, we feel like we're being singled out as minorities! This is beyond unacceptable!
Outdoor hunting and fishing store in Oshawa, Ontario. My main experience with this store is usually online which has always been fantastic. My most recent purchase was at store and it was just as good. The store is well stocked with fishing gear from your standard North American brands as well as some JDM products. The area is spacious, the staff is extremely friendly and approachable. Prices are competitive and deals can be found. Clean and plenty of parking. Would recommend online or in person for fishing gear.
Raised in oshawa, this was my favorite store since I was a kid. Now 40yrs old living an hour and a bit away, I choose to drive here over bass pro. Justin is awesome,great store, friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the products they sell and can recommend spots to use them. Always a great experience.
Awesome selection of literally any fishing equipment you could need in ontario and abroad, also super friendly staff with great services to go along with the beautiful interior.
