We really enjoyed a meal here with kids and grandparents. Friendly, competent service, great food, reasonable prices, and a unique dining space. I like tile, and I thought the tile floor was really cool. It was easy to talk--not too loud setting. We would go right back.
Delicious authentic place, quaint charm, and amazing staff!! The salsa has the perfect kick of spice, and their prices are perfect for the quality and quantity. The enchiladas are perfection. Definitely a must you won't be disappointed in a visit!

Authentic Mexican cuisine. Gael's burrito and steak fajita burrito were delicious. Note they do not serve alcohol so if expecting a margarita with dinner, then you will want to opt for takeout. My little brother suggested we try out this new Mexican cuisine @ Gael's Mexican Restaurant. It is located in the old Mango's on Sherman in Muskegon. We were greeted as we walked in and then told to pick a table and they would be right with us. They were, very friendly, attentive, personable & informative. I had a burrito, taco, beans & rice. She asked me what type of taco shell I would like and I asked her what she would recommend. Our server who was wonderful recommended I try the homemade hard shell and I am so glad I did. It was absolutely delicious. I've never had anything like it. I went with the chicken taco. Again, the flavor was very good. My bro had enchiladas and was more than satisfied with his meal. Thank you for a great experience, professional & kind service. And lastly the fabulous food. We will definitely visit again. *Michelle G.
Order this...carnitas tacos on the deep fried, homemade shells. You can get them American style with lettuce tomatoes and cheese or Mexican style with onions and cilantro. THESE TACOS ARE DELICIOUS! You won't be disappointed. And the family that runs Gael's is the best...so welcoming and caring. We Love Gael's!!

So many options to choose from. Chicken fajita meal was delicious! Churros were perfect with the drizzled caramel, chocolate and cream. Staff was friendly from the time we entered the door to the time we parted ways. First time here experience was on point. Will definitely be going back for some more delicious food!
