Staff greeted me upon arriving, showed me what I was looking for and then gave me a tour of the place to show me what else they sell. Reminded me of what old fashioned service is like.

This was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The employee was treating us with total disrespect. She even told us they had no proof that we payed last time, when we told her that we were here for same problem 2 months ago, and we were wondering if the switch had a warranty. We will never come here again.
