Love the pizza but was really annoyed when we couldn't order anything else eggplant parm without going into the restaurant. We ended up purchasing somewhere else that night.
Honestly, I love this place! Their pizza always hits the spot, is on time, and delicious. I am a regular at this location and I love going here! High quality pizza at a fair price. The workers are also very friendly! I reccomend using their online ordering feature to collect rewards. : ALSO, do not skip the tip section online- I did that once by mistake and felt awful... It's kind of hidden near the bottom/checkout area and is easy to miss.
Website sucks, makes you put on toppings you don't want and is poorly optimized for smartphones. The pizza is also quite pricey. However service is good and pizza was delicious. Love the plant based pepperoni option.
All the food here is great but i especially love the pizza and wings. Keep up the great work guys.
Ordered a pizza today no problems in the past. After an hour I called to see how long it would be. Transferred to customer service - told it was only 55 minutes and if pizza didn't show up in next 10 minutes, call back. Not impressed. Pizza arrived 10 minutes later. It was not hot, the cut sides were greasy - that says a lot!!!! Poor quality - think Pizza Pizza might have been better. Never again!
Ordered a large Pepperoni+Italian Sausage and a garlic dip. Website ordering is great on mobile, keeps improving. No spot to add notes for individual menu items, but we asked for 'light on the cheese' on a note for the whole order and were pleasantly surprised to find the EXACT right amount of cheese on the pizza. And the pizza was delicious as always.
I ordered for my crew on a construction job online and the pizza came 27 minutes late and they forgot my drinks. The guy called me and said hes 2 minutes away when he was already 10 minutes late, 17 minutes later he showed up. I get being busy and late, but dont lie to me or at the very least get my order right.
Our daughter found the pizza too spicy as we eat at the location. Manager gave us a slice of cheese pizza when he noticed she stopped eating hers as she said it was too hot. Excellent customer service! We were very impressed.
Ordered a large fry. Got it home and it was halfed filled. I used to buy pizza here religiously , but over the last year they make them mostly crust/doe and barely any cheese or toppings. Save your money people and go to Willy's pizza. Thick , lots of toppings and you get what you pay for. Unfortunately the guys at this restaurant forget people work hard for their money, to spend it on food where they only get half of what they order. After tonight. I wont ever orded from this location again. Willys is just up the road. Best to go there.
Their so cheap with their toppings. You basically pay for a chunk of pizza doe. The cheese doesnt even cover the top theirs saucd exposed everywhere ans they put the cheese like 3 inches before rhe crust. Making the pizza 85% all bread. Rip off. Would not recommend. Go to willys their pizza ans toppings are big. Totally disappointed with gabes
