Story

Gables Realty opened their office at 376 Stephen St in Morden in July of 2011. The name, Gables Realty fittingly describes an integral part of a house being the Gable. The For Sale Signs are in the shape of a simple house with a gable, making the signs easy to spot. The colors of the sign are red, white and black making the signs clear and conscise.

The colors, red, white and black are also evident when you walk into the Gables Realty Office at 376 Stephen St. The office portrays a relaxed atmosphere, with antique desks, a couch and chairs so that you will feel at ease when you enter the door. Gables Realty understands that in making a selling or purchasing decision it can often be somewhat stressful, therefor attempts to help you feel relaxed and comfortable in your transaction.

Gables Realty strives to stay in tune with the changes in technology, and the changes in which the Real Estate business is carried out. Gables Realty uses innovative ways of advertising to bring buyers and sellers together.

At present, our Office employs an Office Manager, Kathy Loeppky, Salespeople, Brent Laverty, Barb Rempel, Curtis Sheldon and Owner/Broker/Sales, Sandra Wiebe.
