The Dental Hygienists and Dr. Harvey are truly the best. They always explain things really well and in a way that anyone can understand. They do not rush through cleanings and procedures and they make you feel important. To me the only down fall is that the front desk staff never seem as happy as the rest of the staff.

Excellent!!! Professional. Clean. To the point. They fixed me up fast and easy. I'd recommend this place. Definitely five starts at least.

Was my first time I've been to a dentist in about two years and they were very friendly and not judgmental. I especially liked Megan who worked on cleaning my teeth and x-rays, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The doctor was also nice, I wish he would have explained more about what I needed done at future appointments. I was confused if I needed fillings, had cavities and or how many. Megan helped explain it a little more to me when we were scheduling my future appointments. Overall a good experience, I will be back!

I love the dentist here and all of their assistants. They have great "bedside" manor and cared for my family for over 6 years.
However, recently, I called with a dental emergency and was turned down. Their reason for turning us down was over a 35$ balance on our account from 2013. I said I was unaware of this balance, and would be more than happy to pay it. They said no, there is a hold on my *entire* families account and none of us could be seen until Monday after we talk to an office manager to get our accounts in "good standing". I explained to the woman, that I was in an emergency, totally willing to pay - but you are still turning us down? I also said that if she's not willing to see my husband today then I would be switching my entire family of four to a new dentist. To which her reply was "If that's your choice, you cannot be seen here!"
I have had nothing but trouble with the office staff at G2 dental from billing problems to just in general terrible customer service. For this reason, I will never go back - and I hope everyone who reviews this will also take warning.
For the record - we have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with at G2 on my husbands terrible teeth. 35$ in the grand scheme of everything we have given to them is an insult.
