Amazing bed and breakfast! I was there for a biking trip last summer, Linda was great help when we chose our routes and made us awesome packed lunches. Breakfast was a highlight as well. Definitely will be going back.

Wonderful stay. Really lovely innkeeper and good breakfast. Rooms a little small. Walk to main Street and give minutes from great ski mountain.

Right on the "Wine Trail" in beautiful Sutton.  Very close to the downtown area.  A lovely place to stay with nothing but good memories.  Breakfast was included and very good.

Lynda and Jay have a beautiful B&B, are wonderfully hospitable, and serve a spectacular made-to-order breakfast, including accommodating vegans like me (e.g., steel-cut oatmeal with soy milk, and tofu scramble,  sprouted grain toast with local preserves and maple syrup). Highly recommended.
