Very bad quality of ingredients. Just look aty pics. This is salmon, yes... Mostly fat. I will puke if I would eat this. I will not come here again. I was a loyal customer, but this is disgusting. The place is also dirty, so think twice.Food: 1/5
I’ve just recently moved to Georgetown and I read a few of the reviews on this place before ordering, many were negative. Since I had no idea if there were any good Chinese food places in town. I have to tell you I’ve eaten at many great Chinese food places and this place is right up there with them. Great portions, lots of meat in the dishes and tons of flavor, no need to add soy sauce. Highly recommend it. It’s my new place to go from now on!
We were out in Brampton to see my doctor and decided to grab Chinese last minute, we went here it was the closest one and oh my god do I wish they were closer to us! Not only did they give us more food then what we even ordered, the food was AMAZING!!! I would suggest ordering here very nice workers and amazing service. We will drive the 2 hours just to come back here! Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dishes were delicious, normally Chinese places seem to half fast the vegetarian food choices but here I felt like I could actually get whatever I was craving and not worry about meat being in it. Dietary restrictions: There were very accommodating with our food requests my fiancé is lactose intolerant and I am vegetarian they helped very nicely with that
The wings and poke bowls are decent but the quality of General Tao Chicken has gone down drastically. The old owners provided better food quality. But the new management offers Poke Bowls which is refreshing.
It is one thing to raise prices due to inflation but it is another thing to raise costs and cut soo many corners with ingredients that what you order is NOT even close to the quality of previous orders. The $55 we spent on dinner went down the drain as our dinner was grossly inedible. The broccoli and beef had chunks of deli style roast beef in it - seriously? We ordered some sort of noodle dish which was made with the wrong noodles, was undercooked, and too salty to eat. The General Tso Chicken had no chicken and was just deep fried breading. Overall our order had no flavour unless you call salt a flavour. We have ordered from here quite frequently but we will not waste our money here again.
This place has been sold to some kids who think Chinese food is a commodity, and we rural folk here in GT have no idea about Chinese food. I ordered a simple combo platter that came without one of the 3 components, and the sauce for the other one on the side in a container where the lid was not properly affixed….so when I get home I have 2/3 of what I ordered, and sauce everywhere. I called the them and their answer was to give me a credit for the missing part of my dinner…next time I order. What they should have done is remake everything & deliver it….There won’t be a next time because there are way better options in GT for Chinese food, but they are not as close to GT South, so drive I must. What a joke this place has become….stay away, go somewhere else.
First time ordering from GT Dragon. I have to say that almost all of the food was excellent. One dish as definitely 'off'......'throw it back up' type off off. When I called about it, I need to bring the dish back in so they can replace it. Hmmmm.
We had ordered from these guys for years. We have a child with a nut allergy. They sent us a dish with peanuts in it. They took back the order and reimbursed us. We didn’t order from them again. They could have killed our child. Don’t order from this company, go with another of the many options in Georgetown.
I never ate bad Chinese restaurant like GT dragon.
There was a reason why 6 years ago I said I will never order from here again, gave it a chance again tonight for dinner and shame on me for going back! The worst meal, if my memory serves me correct worse than the meal 6 years ago! I ordered C2 combo meal literally had a few bites and I tossed it in the garbage! Save your money!
