Dave is an excellent sales associate. He helped me many times with finding what I was looking for exactly and went out of his way to find different sizes in a couple pairs of the cargos for me as well. Just wanted to say how great of an associate you have.

The worst experience in my life. I will never recommend this store to anyone since the staffs don't know what they are doing including at the managers' level. Once the product is sold they don't give a damm about the customer. Very Very poor customer service at the store. Recently I bought a jeans, I asked for a size 32/30 but they didn't have the size unfortunately. Instead they give me 30/30 even though they had a size of 31/30 in the store which I came to know after two days. Since I had an option for only 30/30, I asked them wheather it's going to shrink when I wash. I was told that if I wash it in cold water it's not going to shrink. But after couple days when I washed it's actually shrank. When I went for an exchange due to the poor quality, the store manager was not helpful at all. She redefined the term of customer service or customer satisfaction. I left the jeans at the store. I will never go back to this place again. There is no wonder why this place is empty most of the time!!!

Now here is the deal in this store, if you can see the photo that comes in this review same item same item #, and purchased 2 days after the date this review was posted, store said the item is at 30% off they jacked up the price put on a price tag to make it look you save money with their deal. That is not the case when you look at online that same item is only $50 regular price. You gotta be careful when shopping in this store. I reached out to them and the guynot the manager is helpful with my concern but he has only limited explanation with my issue. Manager is not available indefinitely as per the staff and he is the only who can make a refund and get a better explanation why they are jacking up the prices in some items which they will say its a sale item. I will reach out to G Star main office about this misleading and deceiving customer tactics. This is not right and unacceptable.

One of the worse places I have seen in long time in term of customer service I found staff beyond rude, unprofessional and making you feel like you are annoying them when they have to work I wish I could give 0 star as 1 star is way to generous

Always wanted to see what the clothes in this store were like and finally went in and love their skinny jeans. Snoop Dog Calvin has such great taste! You'll love his jeans for women and men. Went and bought another pair of the jeans this evening that I lost. They're my favorite

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN THIS STORE! Staff are rude and stare at you while you walk around!! They also don’t tell you when you pay that the sale prices are final sale they just let you go on with your day until you get the receipt to see it for yourself.

I have has a pair of Gstar in my closet for years. The recent pair I purchased wore out after only four months, a hole formed in the seat. They could not help me at the store level which was disappointing, there was clearly a defect or they have really lowered their quality. Either way this is disappointing.

Final sales alert, they don’t do returns and they don’t tell u that either, at least I wasn’t told, honestly I hope more ppl read this and save yourself some money by at least asking them the return policy, cause the staffs aren’t gonna tell u unless u asked.

I have visited this place recently, but I wish I did not as it truly one of the worse places I have ever shopped. I have never seen such rude staff anywhere, People do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cause, trust me you'll be happy you did I was reading other low star rating and I can say with full confidence they seem 100% accurate to my experience
