Always go there for a decent parmo when around the Boro, best in town in my opinion. Always a decent fresh salad served with it. Would have given 5 stars if tub of garlic sauce was thrown in...... Staff are lovely and accomadating when i ask tin foil wrapping to keep warm on journey up North. Nice grub, never had a bad meal.
Order from here often even though it's resteraunt prices £9 for a 10" pizza £3.50 for chips £8 for a burger and an eye watering £4 delivery but today the food was below below par. Pizza was soggy to the point base was a mush, chips were mainly bad, burger had no taste the potato scallops with hough were delightful. It's going to be a while before I come back well until my 7 yr old wants a scallop I guess
I think this place does not even deserve 1 star.. first of they charge more than online menu second thing most of all pizzerias in middlesbrough they spread garlic sauce on top of pizza for free. And lastly the taste of this it worst than i ever tried. And there was almost no toppings on it.....!!! Stuffed crust was not even baked properly...!!! Shame on you guy...!!! We ordered chicken tandoori and vegetarian chilli with stuffed crust...!! On 5th of November around 19:00 o'clock...!!

Prices don't match the portion sizes anymore. £3 for a very small bag of chips they used to be huge and that's how they'd justify prices. Never give you any scraps either even when you offer to pay for them just seems like no one wants to work there and none of them care about any bad reviews. You can also buy a card mashine of amazon for £20 so why they don't have none in a time when no one uses cash anymore is beyond me just tight and don't have the customers experience at heart. Food is okay but nothing special anymore. Update: Decided to give it another go and was equally as disappointed. Cod bites £7 for FOUR SMALL pieces of fish it was like a child's portion again hardly any chips and even the mushy peas. Staff don't have a clue have to repeatedly explain your order even when it isn't busy. Make it make sense why has it gone down hill so much so I threw it all up thiis morning. Taking the mick out of people when times are hard enough is just beyond crazy the prices don't match the quality of the food and the customer service is poor. They will never replace your food and like I say the staff it's like there all just dazed out living in there own world. Can't even blame it on being busy because it wasn't. Won't be returning but I guess they don't care either way.
Every thing has gone up in price totally agree. However good customer service costs nothing. I asked for scraps when I placed my order with young lady. Another assistant wrapped my order and I politely asked, " have you put scraps and salt and vinegar on"? She looked at me wrapped the scraps which are probably going to be thrown away anyway . No salt and vinegar offered! I left but heard her complaining that I had dared ask for scraps. Might be an idea next time, to wait till the customer is away from the shop before you make undeserved comments. Especially when the customers are paying your wages. After all no customers, NO JOB. Hopefully she gets the message.
Just paid £19 for an uncooked raw in middle parmo ! Never again... Avoid ,far better elsewhere at half the price,and properly ooked ...!
Over priced!! My mushroom cheese garlic bread had not 1 mushroom in it , ordered fresh chilli, got 1 small bit in a 10” pizza. Salad was approx £2.60 and was basically a quarter of a lettuce with 2 thin slices of tomato and cucumber and a bit of onion. I was supposed to get 20% off Tuesday deal but didnt tbf that could have been my fault if I missed something when ordering over £3 for delivery for about a mile if that. So over priced, I must say was tasty but not what I ordered and can easily get much better closer to home. Will not order from here again, not the first time unhappy.not sure why I tried it again tbh.
I’ve only given it one star because I couldn’t give them zero stars. Asked a number of times what my order was along with another customer that was waiting. We did look at each other and smile and shake our heads after been asked for the third time. I was then asked if I had a problem because I had shaken my head which I replied no I just need my order to which she continued to talk about how she can’t stand people who shake they heads. When the other customers got up to get his order he was also asked the same question about shaking his head. Now we get to price and what I normally pay £8.70 for cost me £13, this was for a large fish plus large sausage and chips needless to say I won’t be going back and will stick to my normal fish and chip shop. Food was average to say the least and no customer service.
Good fish & chips, plenty of variety on the menu, very efficient service & staff.Food: 4/5
