Good experience - learned a lot about my eye health. Love my new glasses even though they are a tad expensive. I’ll enjoy purchasing these kind of quality eye glasses until I retire and have to rethink my budget and health benefits as I will be responsible for the cost then. The experience with my eye doctor and her staff was good. I’ll continue to use FYI.
I had a comprehensive eye exam; I felt it was thorough. The doctor addressed my concern and She referred me to a specialist; I had an appointment booked within the week!nnI felt welcomed and respected from the moment I walked in the door, everyone I talked to was very helpful. You can often book appointments for same day, definitely same week.nnOne star off because it is more expensive than the other place in town. However, the service at FYI was 300% better, so worth the money!
My initial experience was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Where frustration set in is when a pair of glasses I received were not correct and the person I spoke to did not listen to my concern and I needed to have multiple conversations with multiple people before the problem was recognized, understood and a solution presented. Additionally, in conversation with this staff member, I mentioned that something felt wrong with my prescription and there seemed to be no concern regarding same. If not for this, I would gladly provide a higher rating. The progressive lens are a thing of beauty and magic. They are my first pair and they are done so well that I couldn’t tell they existed, only that I can see small print.
I recently stopped in to see if my glassesthat were not purchased at FYI could be tightened…. Jen was extremely helpful and was glad to to do this for me at no fee!nMy husband and I have purchased eye glasses from FYI in the past and the staff have always been so helpful.nTHANKS AGAIN JEN…I appreciate you!
