Fyfe Coaching

Initially, life coaching was a new idea for me and I didn't entirely understand what it encompassed. I decided to book a session with Fyfe to see what it was all about, and I'm very glad I did! Fyfe doesn't give you advice on how to live your life, but instead he opens your mind up to how you are feeling emotionally and physically so that you can be the best version of yourself. Fyfe coaching led me to gain a better understanding of my emotions and with his help I was able to come up with fantastic problem solving techniques that I use daily. Fyfe's positive attitude left me smiling after each session. I highly recommend his coaching sessions to all.

I highly recommend anybody who has ever even thought about life coaching to give Fyfe a call and have a sit down. He offers a free first session so you can meet him and vice versa. I wasn't sure if life coaching was what I wanted or needed. The first session I had with Fyfe he clearly laid out the foundations for what our relationship would entitle and what he could help me with.
