I have never been to this store in person, but I did place an online order last month for a premium MTG card. Price was excellent and communication with shipping and all requested instructions were accommodated. I have ordered a few higher end cards from other Canadian LGS and although they are always well-packed, this store seemed to go a step further. My purchase was sandwiched between other hard plastic sleeves to make sure the risk was minimal. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with everything. Thank you again!!
Fusion gaming has handled a few orders of mine and will continue to be my go-to shop for mtg. Fair prices, excellent stock, super fast shipping and all items are well packaged and recieved in top condition. I can't comment on customer service because I haven't had any issues or questions to bring up to them. The website is easy to use and very intuitive. 5 stars and will recommend to anyone

Quick review of my recent experience ordering singles for casual commander play. Fusion had a good selection and ordering through the website was smooth. When I arrived at the store to pick the order up, the cards were well packed and in excellent condition. The in-store service was great - friendly, helpful advice.
Large selection of magic singles. Website works without issue, orders packed and ready without issue. Have not played games in store, however it does look like busier events may become quite crowded.
My son and I love it here. They're very knowledgeable and fair when it comes to trading. Definitely our go to shop for all things gaming and Pokémon

My experience with this place wasn't too bad until recently. My gf went in with a friend to surprise me with what she thought was a full deck of cards. It was a Secret Lair deck sized box for 90$. What she didn't know, and what no one in the store decided to let her know, is that the box only contains FOUR collectible cards. The sales Rep took the box from the LOCKED display and took it straight to the front and rang it up without letting her look over it. The fact that the box has no visible info in sight about the contents, that its the size of a full deck and that they took it up front without saying anything or letting her look all strikes me as very shady. I called and politely explained the situation, I even explained to them that the cards had not even been opened, and they told me I'm Sol and wouldn't even give a store credit type of refund. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Very excited to start attending Commander Night every Wednesday! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, the recent renovations look great.
