The owner was also our waiter, she was extremely rude, did NOT pay attention to anything! She acted like she was too busy to help us and smile but she had time to be on her cellphone WHILE serving usnShe literally couldn’t put the plate down correctly because she was on a full conversation on her phone.nOne of the staff, i dont know his name, he seated us and he was AMAZING!!!! Always smilling he was great!!!!nAnd also she got my order wrong because she didn’t pay attention but that can happen anywhere it can be an honest mistake but EVERYTHING together, the food mistake, the rudeness and the fact that her tips machine is still illegal with the 15% tips on top of the tax! All together very bad experience! Sad because the food was good!
Worst receptionist ever. Why even being a receptionist if you answer the phone by saying I’m not the one taking care of the order bye. I didn’t even had the chance to talk to her. We waited 2 hours for our delivery… we’ve been eating there for 4 years but since 6 month the service been the worst. Might be the last time we order from them.
We ordered and they Told us 1h wait. We Called after 1h30 and they verified the order with our name and said it was on the way. We called back 2H later and said it was on the way. They then called us back and said they forgot the order…
The receptionist is extremely rude. If I call and she answers I don’t place the call - all orders she takes care are late - why is this restaurant with decent food need such poor service and bad employee !!!!
The waitress was not very attentive. Never asked if we needed drinks. Generally, it just didn't seem like she was in a good mood both times I visited in the same week. I had to wave her down to ask for it.The food was great.
