"Taoist Tai Chi® arts are Taoist training that bring harmony, balance and unity to body, mind and heart. They include Taoist Tai Chi® practice, meditation, chanting and volunteering. For 50 years people have been learning and practicing the teachings of Taoism together. They have diverse motivations ranging from an enjoyment of Taoist Tai Chi® practice, to an interest in health benefits, to participation in a friendly community, to the pursuit of a spiritual path that reaches back to ancient China. Practitioners are welcome to participate in the Taoist Tai Chi® arts as they choose. Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism is a charitable non-profit organization."
