This is must visit site. Beautiful park taking in coast and forest. Good visitor centre and plenty of parking and toilets. Short easy trails right through to wilderness trecking. Lots of lakes. For eating go just out of the park to the small fishing port of Alma.
Everything about Fundy is special to me. Been going there camping my whole life in NB and it's my favourite spot here in the province, and now we take our kids to start learning to love it too. If you want that special time outdoors with your family Fundy has it all, hikes, ocean, camping, parks, and all of it is focused on nature and appreciation for the outdoors. Clean well maintained federal park, services aplenty and some of the best hiking in the Atlantic provinces.
Such a varied park. Waterfalls, beaches, forests, and massive tides. The red chairs are perfect for chilling and instagramming. There are plenty of trails to enjoy quiet walks, and there are myriad places to just sit and enjoy nature. Lovely place for a visit.
Absolutely loved our campsite. We were at the Chignecto campground at a two service site. The facilities are new and very clean. There is a kitchen shelter / warming centre with wood stoves. The sites are well spread out and nicely treed for privacy. We will be back!
The Fundy Bay National Park is an interesting place to visit. A great place to see the high tide and low tide. Worth to spend longer time here , walk along the beach to see the rocks. Special scenery which is different from other places.
Beautiful location for snow shoeing, cross country skiing or tobogganing in the winter. We explored a couple of different campgrounds determining some potential sites for camping this coming summer. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Playground: Playgrounds for the kids Restrooms: Restrooms were open and clean
Visited the park in 2016 summertime. The hiking trail is nice with lots of trees, and close to lakes. The view of sea is absolutely beautiful under sunshine. My dog JJ enjoy it!
Chignecto Campground. Easy access to clean and well maintained washrooms, showers, laundry and cooking facilities. Large private sites. Easy and quick ride over to the Rec/biking area with Many trails. Short drive into Alma for alternate beach and eating. Outpost and visitors centre close by as well. Herron Cove beach great for watching the tides. Dickson Falls is an easy and family friendly trail. Fantastic place to explore.
This is a beautiful national park, with lots of hiking trails, a heated salt water pool, a golf course, and three different campgrounds. We stayed at the HQ campground which is only a 10 minute walk from the Town of Alma.
This is a very beautiful national park. A lot of things to explore within the national park. Proximity to Alma makes is easier to get any stuff needed for your stay. The campground where we stayed Point Wolfe also had quite a few thins required.
