took my computer to Kahlil for repair as it would not boot up. After several days he determined it was irreparably damaged. He thoroughly and patiently explained all the testing he had done and I ended up buying a new computer from him. All I had to do was go home and plug it it in! Customer service was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.
Highly recommend Fundamentals. They are friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable. I have brought 2 of my phone issues to them to solve/resolve, and they were able to fix the issues. They didn't have the screen protector for my particular phone in stock, so they tailor made me a screen protector until the one I ordered arrived, which was days later. That's customer service!!
Wonderful, friendly knowledgeable folks! I was helping a friend who was needing a new/used phone and Kahlil and his wife made us feel right at home. I will definitely go back. Excellent selection of games and other fun stuff too.
Our whole family loves this shop! There is something for all ages, our go to for gift shopping. We also get our devices repaired here, and are always happy with the friendly service. I also recommend their used devices to help reduce overproduction.

Took my IPad which had been locked out from entering the password wrong too many times to Fundamentals. Within an hour I had a call back saying they had successfully restored my iPad and it’s ready for pickup. 10/10 Highly recommend Fundamentals in Castlegar Will be taking my future electronics there. Khalil is always so helpful when my son Lev needs to get his computer fixed! He takes the time to show him what is happening and lets him learn while watching him fix his computer, I really appreciate him taking the time to do this! The prices are always fair and the service is really quick. We highly recommend Fundamentals for wonderful computer service and really great educational products and games for all ages!

The gentleman behind the counter fixed my phone when the Bell people couldn't. It was an easy fix but still a fix that the provider(bell) was not able to preform and he didn't charge me. I would like to go back and look around the store as there seemed to be a lot of cool things there.
