This place is fantastic, I come here regularly with my children, the prices are good, there is not limit to how long you stay and the place is really clean. We had our daughters 6th party here today, with 25 kids, they gave us the top floor to ourself due to amount of people, the staff were fab, the kids food was hot and quality was great, plus enough to fill them up, with a lush vanilla ice cream to top it off and the kids had a blast! Would deffo recommend- the kids ages ranged from 3-13 and they all enjoyed it! Lots to do, a great day out.
Went in the weekend. We had Tried a few times and has became very obvious my daughter keeps getting poorly from there. I expect mixing with other children there’s chances of catching things but it’s obvious the equipment isn’t getting sterilised as it’s happening every time she has been in. This time she has the sickness bug which has led the whole household as well as her cousins who came with us that day , they also have it too so it’s obvious it’s from fun world
The children enjoyed it. There is plenty of space for the children to run around and explore. Food and drink can be bought from the cafe . It is reasonable price. The staff are friendly and clearly trained in effective customer service. Care was taken to clear the tables and to vacuum the carpet. A useful place to visit when it is raining and you need the children to run off some energy.
Amazing place for kids. Kids rides are a bit dated but still fit for purpose. I think they need to change the music and play kids music or Disney type music as some of t music is a bit heavy going. Good selection of food and drinks and good quality.
Waited 20 minutes to be served to be let in. Finally got in, massive que for food so found a table and got in the que. Waited a further 20 minutes to be served to be told there was no food being made as the fryer had broke. No signs any where to advise this. Only stayed 25 minutes as my daughter was starving as was dinner time. Complete waste of money
Something for everyone. Scarlett is a very independent 2 Yr 10 months old. She takes herself all over the place. Safe, pleasant, engaging and stimulating. Parents & children very nice to each other. Relaxing atmosphere. Love it.
Booked a table in advance expecting it to be organised with covid restrictions in place but it was absolute carnage, 20 minutes queuing for a drink, tables full of rubbish, bins full, I wiped my table over which clearly hadn’t been wiped for a while, carpets are thread bare, play areas are worn and in need of new equipment, the staff were lovely but clearly over run trying to serve drinks and food. Take plenty of hand sanitiser and anticbac wipes when you visit.
Been coming here for years. Great place for the kids to blow some steam off.. and they also do a decent coffee
Lovely play area. Can see kids at all times. It was clean and not overcrowded
Great soft play with plenty to keep the kids entertained, nice coffee for the adults necessary caffeine hit. Just a shame the play ball guns weren't working
