Every time I go to this hospital I swear up and down I won’t go back. I was seen a few days ago in the ER by a nurse practicioner who didn’t even examine me. She ordered a plethora of tests and I was there for over 3 hours. I was having (and still am, no thanks to her) severe facial, neck, & shoulder pain coupled with tingling in my left arm & hand. Once she figured out I wasn’t having a heart attack she wrote me off as a drug seeker. Came back after 3 hours and told me to take Motrin and go home. I said “I’ve been taking Motrin for a week, it’s not helping. Why do you think I’m here?” She looked me right in the eye and said “I won’t give you narcotics for pain you can’t prove you have.” I never once asked for narcotics. After 6 days in the worst pain of my life I was looking for an examination, which I did not get, some compassion, which I did not get, and some relief, which again, I did not get. If she told me standing on my head clucking like a chicken would help I would have done it. She left and sent the nurse in with my paperwork. I told the nurse I wanted to speak to the NP again but she refused to come back. So I signed the paperwork and left. Next thing I know, the cops are at my house. The nurse didn’t take out my IV line (which they gave me even though I didn’t even get an IV) and I didn’t realize it was still in when I left. The police escorted me back to the ER to have my IV line removed which was mortifying and my son thought I was being arrested. I was in the worst pain of my life and was not only not treated, but I was made to feel like a drug seeker and a criminal. Do yourself a favor and drive 20 min in any direction and go to any hospital but this one.

I had a knee replacement and I was very well taken care of the nurses were all very kind turn my light on and they were there and then a minute to help me never complained or anything I have a very good experience

My husband's hand was crushed at work in a nearby mill. The company's foreman drove him here because it was closest. The nurses were kind and very professional. The PA was knowledgeable and even friendly. The follow-up care has been wonderful every time. All the staff has been very willing to take their time explaining what was happening and what needed doing. It's never a good thing to need to go to a hospital, but if you have to, I'd recommend this place.

Brought my son in he was very ill. Had healthy adults go back before a 5 month old. Very rude nurses in the waiting room.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My visit could've been a lot quick if they wouldn't have practically refused my treatment due to not liking the perfume they claimed I was wearing while in fact I was not wearing any perfume. I had no privacy. They kept curtain/door open. They didn't do full procedures that I PAID for them to do that they had claimed they did on the bill. They did nothing and I was left with $3,000 bill. To be treated like a monstrosity
