Fubuki Sushi is always such a pleasure. So many options that are vegetarian or easily made vegan, and the food is always phenomenal. Definitely a top tier restaurant, can be on the pricey side but totally worth the treat! Great for special occasions
If you are into Sushi, this is a place to be. Authentic in both preparation and the serving of dishes. Staff are awesome! Try the warm Saki with a starter of Miso. Lot's to choose from on the menu. I don't think I have had the same meal twice. Maybe three or four times... If you are passing through or reside in the area a must on your list of dining. Enjoy!
100% recommend. Fubuki Sushi has the loveliest staff and the highest quality food! Tonight was my second time dining in, and the server remembered me from my first visit—she greeted me so kindly. Everything I’ve ordered has been delicious… the chefs put care into each item and everything tastes fresh. I would order the entire menu if I could!
We love Fubuki Sushi. Words can't describe the food and atmosphere! You have to try it for your self. I have been in town for a month and eaten here at least 3 times. Alex and Dan are amazing people and make you feel like family!
Very disappointed by the service and the food here. It took a long time for them to take our order and to bring out our food. Portions were small especially for the price. The rolls were tiny, poorly wrapped and kept falling apart. The food was not at all authentic. We were still hungry even after spending ~$20 per person, and ended up having to grab a second dinner elsewhere. Would not recommend eating here.
Had a nice lunch here. The tempura was done well. The tempura onion was particularly good. The chicken katsu bowl was pretty good with an interesting blend of flavors. Same with the rice bowl. We just had the cucumber roll for sushi and that was decent. Friendly staff
Incredible food and service. Staff is fun and great at offering suggestions if you are stuck on what you want. We have made a habit of stopping here on our Christmas vacations to the area now. Can't recommend Fubuki enough!
The folks know what they're doing! We love it here and can always count on a great special or aa beautiful night out. Reserve if you can and know that the food reflects their knowledge of how sushi is created.
Great sushi place out in Invermere! We were definitely not expecting this type of quality out in Invermere . Welways vacation in Radium in the inbetween seasons of skiing and golf and this year we had a craving for sushi. We looked on Google and saw the great reviews for this sushi place and decided to try it out. Its a small little place but has a great warm and welcoming environment. As soon as we stepped in the door we were welcomed with a big smile from the staff. The server was super nice and very helpful. We have a toddler in tow and this place is family friendly! We ordered the chef special which was well priced and very tasty. The food came out quickly and the food was very well prepared. It definitely surprised us to have such good tasting sushi in such a remote area. We definitely recommend this place and will go back in the future. Also this place is great at accommodating large and small groups as it has all types of seating available even a private room.
We stayed 2 nights in Radium Hot Springs and visited this place 2 days in a row. We felt it was worth it, the waitress was very friendly, great food, well prepared, and a local beer to go with it. We definitely recommend Fubuki Sushi, if we're ever back this way we will be eating here again.
